Hyman Farm Service, LLC
On July 1, 1995, MFA entered into a joint venture with Harold Hyman, the owner of Hyman Farm Service, a wholesale fertilizer supply business located in Dimmitt, Texas. MFA and Harold Hyman now each own one-half of the limited liability company. This operation generates 100,000 tons of fertilizer sales annually (85% wholesale; 15% retail).

Curry County Fertilizer, LLC
On April 1, 1997, Hyman Farm Service, LLC, entered into an LLC with Curry County Fertilizer, Inc., to form Curry County Fertilizer, LLC in Clovis, New Mexico. This is a retail operation that generates $3.5 million in sales annually.

Cache River Valley Seed, LLC
On March 1, 1997, a joint venture was formed between MFA Incorporated and Cache River Development Corporation of Jonesboro, AR. Each of the two companies own one-half of the limited liability company which is known as Cache River Valley Seed, LLC. Cache River is a producer of high quality soybean, wheat, and rice seeds and is a distributor of several lines of branded seeds including Syngenta, MorSoy, Monsanto, Agri Pro, Agri Tech, and Dixie labels. Their distribution area is the Midsouth and lower Midwest.

AGRIServices of Brunswick, LLC
On July 1, 1998, the MFA Agri Service facilities at Brunswick, Misouri were joined with the facilities of Brunswick River Terminal, Brunswick Agri Service, and Mendon Feed and Grain to form AGRIServices of Brunswick, LLC. This combination created a $50 million business.

Central Missouri AGRIService, LLC
On September 1, 1999, the Saline County business operations of MFA Incorporated, Fletcher Grain Company, and the Slater Cooperative were combined to form Central Missouri AGRIService, LLC, with locations at Marshall, Slater, Malta Bend, Blackburn, and Miami. In February 2002, grain facilities at Waverly were added as a location of the LLC. This combination accounts for $55 million in sales with 65 percent grain and 35 percent supply.

West Central AGRIServices, LLC
On December 1, 1999, the western Missouri MFA Agri Services facilities were combined with the facilities of Central Cooperatives, Inc. This combined business unit, with locations at Adrian, Chilhowee, Holden, Centerview, Harrisonville, Butler, Passaic, Ballard, and Rich Hill, represent $30 million in annual sales, with 50 percent in grain and 50 percent supply volume.
