Notice of District Meetings of MFA Incorporated
District Meetings of MFA Incorporated will be held within the districts from March 4, 2002, through March 7, 2002, for the purpose of electing directors in certain districts, reporting on fiscal year operations and conducting other business as may properly be considered by the delegates.
The following are dates and times of the district meetings:

Tuesday, March 5, 2002
10:30 a.m. Kirksville District 3
10:30 a.m. Salisbury District 6
10:30 a.m. Paris District 7
Wednesday, March 6, 2002
10:30 a.m. Clinton District 8*
10:30 a.m. Jefferson City District 9
10:30 a.m. Washington District 10
11:00 a.m. Springfield Districts 11 & 12
Thursday, March 7, 2002

Elections for directors from the following nominees will be held at the meetings for the following districts:
The Delegates from Districts 2, 3, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 14 will also hold District Meetings but will not hold elections. Delegates and alternates at the District Meetings must register upon arrival with the Credentials Committee.
