MFA Foundation 2003 scholarship program

This year the MFA Foundation is investing more than $348,000 in the future of our communities. Some 291 rural students will head to college this year with the help of MFA Foundation scholarships.

Established in 1958, the MFA Foundation has awarded more than 8,800 scholarships over the years. Most Foundation scholarships are for $1,200 and apply toward any college or university. Scholarships are offered at high schools where participating MFA Agri Services Centers, MFA Oil Company propane plants, MFA Oil Company bulk plants or other MFA agencies are located. Each scholarship is awarded through a local selecting committee. Proving commitment to our youth, this year the MFA Foundation and local MFA agencies handed out scholarships worth $348,510.
