Chocolate Pudding Pizza

(17.5 oz.) pkg. peanut butter cookie mix |

(12 oz.) carton cream cheese, softened |
| 1-3/4 |

cups cold milk |

(3.9 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix |

(8 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed |
| 1/4 |

cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips |
Prepare cookie mix dough according to package directions. Press into a greased 12-inch pizza pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until set; cool. Spread cream cheese over cooled crust. In mixing bowl beat milk and pudding mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Spread over the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until set. Spread with whipped topping. Sprinkle with chips. Pizza Casserole

| Pizza: |

small onion, diced |

cups grated cheese |
Fry sausage with onion. Cook spaghetti. Mix flour, basil, oregano, onion salt and garlic salt together. Add water and oil. Mix well. Then add yeast. Press into a 9x13-inch cake pan. Add fried sausage, then cooked spaghetti and pizza sauce. Mix salad dressing and grated cheese together; add to top of spaghetti mixture. Macaroni Pizza

lb beef, browned |

cup grated cheddar cheese |
Cook macaroni & cheese according to directions on box. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk and salt and pepper and add to macaroni and cheese; stir well. Pour mixture into 9x13-inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove from oven. Combine tomato sauce and beef seasoned with oregano along with onions, green peppers and grated cheese. Pour over macaroni mixture. Place in oven until cheese is melted. Cut into squares and serve hot. Yields 6 to 8 servings. Ida Miller, Clark, Mo.

Spaghetti Pizza

Cook ground beef, sausage and chopped onion together. Drain. Grease a 9x13-inch pan. Place cooked spaghetti in bottom of pan, cover with half of the meat mixture. Spread pasta sauce over meat mixture. Sprinkle with half of cheese then other half of meat mixture. Add pepperoni, mushrooms, bell pepper, olives, Canadian bacon or other toppings. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the toppings. Beat milk and egg together; pour mixture over the entire casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour, uncovered. Yields 6 to 8 servings. pint pizza sauce |
Cook hamburger and onion; drain. Add pizza sauce to mixture. In a 9x13-inch baking dish, layer hamburger mixture and grated cheese. Repeat layers. In a mixing bowl combine eggs, vegetable oil, milk, and Bisquick; stir well. Pour mixture over top of layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Yields 6-8 servings. Laura Bontrager, Clark, Mo.

| 1 |
|
pint of fresh strawberries, sliced or whole |
| 3 |
|
bananas, sliced |
| 3 |
|
kiwis, sliced |
| 2 |
|
cups red grapes, sliced |
| Glaze: |
| 1/4 |
|
cup water |
| 1 |
|
tbls. cornstarch |
| 1/2 |
|
cup sugar |
| 1/2 |

cup orange juice |
Press 1 package of sugar cookies into a pizza pan and bake according to directions on package (a little more baking time may be required). Cool. In a mixing bowl combine cream cheese and whipped topping; mix well. Spread mixture over crust. From the outside to center begin making rows of strawberries, bananas, kiwis and red grapes. Keep repeating rows until crust is covered. Any combination of fruit may be used. Combine cornstarch and water until blended then add sugar and orange juice. Bring to a boil stirring occasionally. Cool and pour over the complete pizza to form a glaze. Refrigerate. Cut into slices to serve. Yields 6 to 8 servings. Mary Woodfin, Poplar Bluff, Mo.

Mix and knead roll mix as directed on box. Grease pizza pan. Pat dough into pan, prick with a fork. Cover and let rise for 15 minutes. Spread pizza sauce over dough. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over pizza sauce. Add hamburger, pepperoni, green peppers or your choice of toppings. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Brown hamburger and add pizza sauce. Cut biscuits (homemade or store bought) into quarters and add to meat along with green peppers, mushrooms, onions, and pepperoni. Stir all together.
